About the Promotion
- This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11160047709) (EH) for attendees of the HR Tech Summit 2022.
- Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms. Information explaining how to participate is part of these terms and applicable EH policies and general terms and conditions apply.
- The Promotion will be conducted on 15th September during the HR Tech Summit 2022 (Promotion Period).
- EH reserves its rights to terminate the Promotions early in full or in part in its absolute discretion.
Who can Enter?
- The Promotion is open to all attendees of the HR Tech Summit during the relevant Promotion Period (15 September 2022)
How to Enter
- Enter your details via the form (https://employmenthero.com/hr-tech-summit-2022/) during the HR Tech Summit 15 September 2022 to go in the draw to win a $500 endota spa gift voucher (Eligible Participant).
- There will be 1 winner drawn at the event. The winner will receive a $500 gift voucher to Endota Spa. The winner will be drawn on 15 September 2022 at the HR Tech Summit. The winner will be notified on the day during the allocated time slot (Reward).
- The Eligible Participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Endota Spa gift voucher and provided on the Endota Spa website.
- The voucher will be provided to the winner in person during the allocated time slot at the HR Tech Summit.
- References to currency is the local currency where the Eligible Participant resides and is inclusive of all duties and taxes payable, including GST.
- EH collects personal information in connection with this Promotion. EH may, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.
- EH reserves the right to:
- disqualify any Eligible Participant that submits an incomplete or misdirected Submission.
- withhold the Reward or disqualify any Eligible Participant for failing to comply with these terms or EH policies or both.
- EH’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is incapable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason, including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, EH may at its absolute discretion change its terms or cancel the Promotions.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EH (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under EH’s control);
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after EH receipts it) due to any reason beyond EH’s reasonable control;
- variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms;
- tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant; or
- the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward or any breach of the applicable Endota Spa gift card terms and conditions.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
