About the role

We’re searching for a Marketing Coordinator to support and deliver impactful marketing and fundraising initiatives that help achieve Trust for Nature’s conservation goals. In this purpose-driven role, you’ll coordinate and execute campaigns, manage digital platforms, and create compelling content that inspires action and builds awareness of our mission.

Working closely with our Communications & Marketing Manager and the broader Development Team, you’ll play a vital role in driving engagement with landholders, donors, partners, and the wider community. What’s on offer

The role offers a prorate base salary range of $70,152 – $77,669 p.a., plus 12 % super The salary offered will be aligned with the candidates level of experience, ($77,947 – $86,299 is the full time equivalent).

This is Part-time (0.90FTE) position, with flexible work arrangements available. For example, this could look like having every second Friday off or working five shorter days. The role is based in Melbourne CBD office.

The contract is Fixed term until 30 June 2029 because the role is tied to government funding.

About you

The successful candidate will come with;

· Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· Strong writing and content creation skills across digital and print platforms.

· Experience managing websites and social media accounts.

· Understanding of SEO principles and ability to apply them to digital content.

· Experience with EDM platforms and email marketing best practices.

· Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.

· Familiarity with conservation, environmental issues, or community-based social marketing is highly desirable.

· Proficiency in Wordpress and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

· Understanding of government processes or experience working with statutory bodies is a big plus.
