Legacy Property Australia is seeking a highly experienced Property Management Assistant to join our team on the Gold Coast. This is a genuine part time opportunity, with days and hours to be confirmed in collaboration with the successful candidate.
You’ll be working closely with our Senior Property Manager, providing support across all day to day tasks including routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and client communication. About the Role
- Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
- Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
- Helping to prepare for QCAT (if required)
- General administration and property related tasks
About You
You’re a capable and confident property management professional with a solid understanding of what it takes to manage a portfolio and a genuine interest in contributing to a team.
To be successful, you will need:
- Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
- A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- A valid Queensland driver’s licence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using property management software (experience with Console Cloud is a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
