About the role:
We are seeking a Casual Seasonal Client Advisor to join our Burnside Boutique during our peak summer season from December 2025 to early February 2026. As a Seasonal Client Advisor you will support the Boutique team, building rapport with our clients and ensuring they receive an exceptional client experience.
This role will:
- Maintain a high level of client service and experience
- Welcome and engage with clients, establishing connections to generate brand loyalty
- Support the Boutique management team to increase productivity rates and achieve seasonal budgets
- With support from the Boutique management team, develop product knowledge to support with client interactions.
- Support the Boutique team to efficiently pack online (Ship from Store) orders
- Support the execution of Visual Merchandising standards according to Scanlan Theodore guidelines
Who you are:
- Previous client facing or customer service experience in a relevant industry, previous retail experience is advantageous
- Flexibility to work during peak hours over the seasonal period including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required
- Minimum availability of three days per week across Monday to Sunday, inclusive of one weekend day
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to exercise initiative
- Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
