The role:

We are seeking a Regular Giving Coordinator to drive growth in Redkite’s regular monthly donor program through acquisition, retention, upgrades, and reactivation across multiple fundraising channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the outsourced Face-to-Face (F2F) donor acquisition program, including implementation, donor journeys, agency KPIs, quality control, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance and oversee F2F agent training to maximise donor acquisition targets, retention, and average gift rates.
  • Provide accurate financial analysis and performance tracking to inform strategies that optimise giving rates and net returns.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the regular giving program, including sales, batch processing, invoice reconciliation, donor enquiries, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate and develop donor communications and collateral across direct mail, digital, and telemarketing channels.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support donor acquisition, retention, delinquency management, and ROI optimisation.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on building strong donor relationships, managing supplier performance, and using data to drive fundraising success.

About you:

You are a self-motivated and results-driven individual. You demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising
  • Experience and proven success in Direct Marketing or Face-to-Face fundraising
  • Sound knowledge of fundraising legislation, practices and philosophy of charitable giving
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Competent in producing and evaluating consistent and regular program reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively both autonomously and as a member of a team
  • Competent facilitator of training programs
