Ravenswood Gold is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team based in our Brisbane Head Office. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounts payable services, supporting compliance, and contributing to efficient financial operations across the business.
About the Role
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will ensure supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payments are processed accurately and within required timeframes. You will maintain clean and compliant financial records, resolve supplier queries, and support internal stakeholders across site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payments in line with company policies.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records and registers.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting, data entry, and financial record management.
- Support internal controls and compliance across financial processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
About You
- Experience in accounts payable, financial administration, or office support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Pronto preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
