About the Opportunity

The New Business Sales Support role plays a critical part in successfully establishing new employer clients on the Paywise platform. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new employer clients during onboarding
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth, timely, high quality onboarding process.
  • Maintain and regularly update the CRM to support accurate reporting and streamlined operations.
  • Support launch activities, ensure the accuracy of client information and coordinate required agreements and documentation.
  • Help drive employer and employee engagement with our salary packaging and novated leasing services.

About You

You thrive on building strong relationships and enjoy collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. You will bring:

  • Strong relationship management skills (individual and corporate)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills  
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer centric mindset with a desire to deliver remarkable service
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
