Our Tasmania team is growing, and we’re excited to expand our presence in the region. This role sits within our Fleet Network team, working closely with experienced colleagues across Australia, you’ll be contributing to a high-performing national function while playing a key role in growing our Tasmanian operations.

We’re currently seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on generating and converting leads, educating members on our products, and cultivating positive relationships with employer partners.

About the Opportunity

Our Account Management team is growing, and we’re looking for an Account Manager based in Tasmania.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and converting novated leasing and salary packaging leads
  • Providing product education and promotion directly to customers
  • Maintaining strong internal and external working relationships
  • Increasing the number of Paywise members and novated leasing customers within existing employer clients
  • Upholding Paywise’s core value of people first and brand promise of highly personalised service and care in the fastest response times imaginable.
  • Regular travel within Tasmania

About You

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience in delivering and understanding what highly personalised service means.
  • Experience in corporate relationship management
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and confident working autonomously
  • Ability to resolve complex customer issues and drive customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable:

  • Strong understanding of the industry, our product suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial quoting systems.
  • Experience communicating financial products and benefits.
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance or a related field.
  • Sales background or formal sales training.
