About the role
As an ICT Support, working with our valued education clients, you will:
- Implement, maintain, support and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure, including servers, network infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement on the systems infrastructure for customers.
- Contribute to technical projects utilising a wide variety of leading enterprise grade technologies.
- Work within a team to support broad and varied systems from leading vendors.
- Liaise with the customers on a regular basis, including issue resolutions.
- Grow to become a Systems and Infrastructure specialist.

- At least 1 years experience with a systems and/or Network infrastructure background

Core systems and technologies that you will be responsible for include:
- Microsoft Exchange/M365
- VMware/Hyper-V
- Azure/AWS
- Extreme Networks, Juniper MIST and HPE Aruba Switching/Wi-Fi/NAC
- Veeam/Barracuda backup technologies
- Maintain knowledge of technologies and seeks out personal training to develop skills.
- Sophos/Palo Alto/Fortigate/Barracuda Firewalls
- Barracuda Email Protection
- HPE/Dell/NetApp/Nutanix Servers and Storage/SAN
Experience with MacOS, JAMF and CCNA/CCNP/JNCP/ACMP certifications, or equivalent, will also be well regarded
