About the role:
Day to day duties includes but are not limited to:
- Welcome and manage all service customers as they arrive.
- Address queries and provide assistance, or direction in a courteous and professional manner.
- Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs, requirements, or updates.
- Provide information to assist customers, or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere.
- Administrative support as required.
- Ensuring all customers receive the highest standard of service.

- Impeccable personal presentation standards.

- Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service positions.
- The ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
