🚀 About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing support across phone, email and live chat. Your day will include:
– Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues on first contact.
– Supporting policy updates, quoting, medical screening, and cancellations.
– Accurately processing policy transactions and payments (applications, amendments, refunds).
– Recording interactions using tools like HubSpot and Teams.
– Escalating complex issues to the right teams.

🙌 What We’re Looking For
We’re after a confident communicator who thrives on delivering meaningful service. You’ll bring:
– Customer service experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Comfort with tech platforms (HubSpot, Teams, Dialpad)
– A genuine love for working in a team and making a difference.
