We’re the only regionally founded full-service agency in Australia. We’re also 30+ years old, 90 people strong and female founded.
It’s an agency that’s never conformed to industry expectations. That’s given the agency a unique perspective when it comes to hiring and attracting talent from diverse backgrounds, skillsets and mindsets.
Born of the hardworking city of Newcastle, we’re an unlikely collective of some

Key responsibilities
- Craft insight-led responses that tackle problems with culturally relevant and audience-focused approaches.
- Engage in research that unearths audience behaviours, cultural trends, and media consumption habits across the country.
- Support and bolster the planning teams ability to develop presentations that tell a compelling story with clarity and direction
- Help prepare and facilitate workshops and brainstorms that unlock innovative, insight driven ideas.
- Build solid relationships and foster collaborative ways of working with your team mates, clients, and partners.
- Contribute to a culture of innovative and different thinking anchored in cultural trends, human behaviour, and people.
The nuts and bolts
- You’ll have 3-7 years of advertising experience under your belt (ideally planning, but we’re open to account service and media experience)
- A degree in marketing, advertising or related to communications
- You have strong communication skills – written and verbal
