An exciting opportunity (Full-time role) for a proactive B2B Team Leader accountable for leading the day-to-day performance, capability, and technical outcomes of the B2B operations team. This is a pivotal role that ensures compliant, accurate, and timely execution of market transactions, metering, and connection activities across MSATS, CRM, and billing platforms, while driving continuous improvement, system optimisation, and workforce sustainability fostering a high-performance culture that supports organisational goals and customer outcomes.

We are seeking a solutions focused team leader that oversees complex issue resolution, including system defects, data discrepancies, market disputes, and metering or connection exceptions, while facilitating technical and operational workshops to address process gaps and regulatory changes.

As the B2B Team Leader, you will:

  • B2B Operational Leadership & Compliance Duties: including end-to-end management of operational activities across MSATS, CRM, and billing systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk management, and service level agreements.
  • Oversees complex issue resolution, including system defects, data discrepancies, market disputes, and metering or connection exceptions, while facilitating technical and operational workshops to address process gaps and regulatory changes.
  • Drives operational resilience by embedding robust prioritisation, quality assurance, and decision-making frameworks, while strategically managing workforce and roster planning to ensure optimal coverage and seamless execution of B2B transactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance Oversight & Reporting: Oversees critical regulatory compliance processes within B2B operations, ensuring adherence to market rules and internal controls.
  • Manages governance of CRM dashboards and exception reporting for high-risk obligations, while proactively identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks.
  • Delivers accurate, actionable compliance reporting to management, including trend analysis, risk insights, and remediation plans.
  • Performance Monitoring & Quality Control: including owning B2B operational per-formance by monitoring workflow queues, turnaround times, error trends, and transaction success rates across CRM and MSATS.
  • Develops and reports on technical KPIs, compliance metrics, and exception dashboards, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Embeds quality assurance and control frameworks to enhance accuracy, minimise rework, and ensure compliance with market procedures and internal standards.
  • Process Documentation & System Enhancements: Perform ad-hoc billing tasks to investigate, analyze, and resolve specific issues or exceptions.
  • Training & Technical Knowledge Transfer: Design and deliver structured training pro-grams on B2B operations, MSATS transactions, and technical requirements for metering and connections.
  • Provide coaching to enhance technical capability, ensure consistent decision-making, and promote risk awareness within the team

You will be successful in the role if you possess:

  • Sound analytical experience with strong ability to interpret B2B operational and regulatory requirements for accurate, compliant outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities while ensuring quality, accuracy, and SLA adherence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex information and influence stakeholders.
  • A leadership style that is collaborative, people-focused that fosters engagement, accountability, and high performance.
  • High attention to detail with strong follow-through on tasks, commitments, and escalation.
  • Proficient in MS CRM, MSATS, and Microsoft applications for data analysis and process improvement.
  • Dependable and professional, demonstrating consistency, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to pivot with changes in the electricity market.
