When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it affects the whole family. In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.

The role:

We are seeking a part-time Supporter Relations Officer to provide exceptional donor care for Redkite supporters, by ensuring donations are processed accurately and in a timely manner and donor queries are resolved as quickly as possible.

This role will be responsible for supporting donors across both inbound and outbound communications, including phone, email, SMS and mail, and ensuring records are accurate, secure and up to date. You will also contribute to donor stewardship activities and support the retention of donors through personalised engagement.

About you:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry skills.
  • Experience in office administration and / or data entry work.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in CRM usage, preferably in Salesforce
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member of a high performing team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can-do attitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Supreme organisation skills and proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks to meet competing deadlines in a professional and confident manner
