About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Campus Director to lead our Early Learning Centre and OSHC services. You’ll manage daily operations, support your team, and ensure high-quality care and education for children aged 0–12.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support educators to deliver quality programs
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Ensure compliance with regulations and service policies
- Oversee budgets, staffing, and daily operations
- Promote inclusive, engaging learning environments
- Monitor service utilisation and financial performance
- Support continuous improvement and innovation
What You Need
- Minimum level of Diploma Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Experience in a leadership role within early childhood or OSHC
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and sector regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Budget and staff management experience
- Willingness to try new ideas and lead change
Role Conditions
- Australian Residency or unrestricted work visa
- Current Working with Children Card (or willingness to obtain)
