Care ADHD is one of the UK’s fastest-growing providers of ADHD assessments and treatment. Our mission: to make ADHD care accessible, affordable, and high-quality.
We’re looking for a flexible and detail-oriented Customer Support Administrator to join us on a 3-month contract and provide extra support during a busy period. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-growing healthcare organisation, combining administrative tasks with some direct patient contact.
👩💻 The Role
- This is a project-based support role where you’ll:
- Help us keep patients moving smoothly through their care journey.
- Complete key process tasks accurately and on time.
- Communicate with patients in a clear, supportive, and professional way.
- Work closely with our Client Services team to reduce backlogs and improve flow.
This role is about making things happen – balancing care and accuracy while supporting both the team and our patients.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience in administration, customer support, or healthcare services.
- Great written and verbal communication – warm, professional, and clear.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Comfortable using different systems and tools (training provided).

It’s a great bonus if you have:
- Experience working with electronic patient records (EPR) systems such as EMIS.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and practices.
- Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting or start-up environment.
