The Opportunity
Based in our Perth (Belmont) office, you’ll make a meaningful contribution to a diverse, growing and future-focused firm, helping shape a strong, people-first culture.
As the People and Culture Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting and advancing our People and Culture function during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll bring both practical experience and initiative to drive outcomes across a broad range of P&C activities.
As an integral part of our small team, you’ll support all locations across Western Australia. This role is suited to someone with solid foundational experience who is confident taking ownership of processes, contributing ideas, and delivering high-quality outcomes. If you’re organised, proactive, and bring a solutions-focused mindset, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
In this position, you can expect to:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, variations and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS records (Employment Hero)
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions and probation processes to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and insights to support decision-making
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition and internal communications
- Coordinate training programs and maintain learning and compliance records
- Assist with graduate recruitment, onboarding and program coordination
- Support compliance across employment legislation, policies and WHS requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and workflows
- Provide support across recruitment activities, including screening, coordination and candidate management
About You

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Takes ownership of their work and consistently follows through on deliverables
- Maintains a high level of accuracy in data, systems and documentation
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and can manage competing priorities
- Is confident supporting WHS coordination, including inspections and compliance requirements
- Has strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism
- Can interpret and apply HR legislation, policies and procedures
- Exercises sound judgement, discretion and professionalism in all interactions
- Has experience supporting recruitment and broader employee lifecycle processes
- Builds positive working relationships and contributes to a collaborative team environment
- Brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field, or has equivalent industry experience
