About this role:

This role is based on site at Wormall Group’s head office in Cardup (near Byford), Monday to Friday.

You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and purchase orders. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The position reports to the Finance Supervisor and requires liaising with various departments to ensure seamless financial transactions and reporting.

What your day will look like:

• Processing of supplier invoices and payments
• Verifying invoices against purchase orders and ensure correct coding and approvals
• Work closely with procurement, project managers, and other teams
• Reconcile month-end statements, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on missing invoices
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Accurate supplier set up and maintenance
• Supervise and assist the staff in accounts payable
• Preparing reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries for review

Skillset needed:

• Ability to manage a high volume of supplier invoices
• 5 or more years of experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience in using financial systems and ERP software (Sage exp. beneficial)
• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is desirable.
• A current and valid Western Australian drivers licence is preferred
