Description

The Community Engagement Officer / Business Development will be responsible for engaging with Aged Care facilities and building relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the organization’s portfolio in the Aged Care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the aged care sector

Engaging with facilities to develop new business opportunities

Representing the organization at events and meetings related to the aged care sector

Developing and implementing business development strategies to grow the organization’s portfolio

Providing support and guidance to other team members as required

Maintaining accurate records of all business development activities and reporting on progress

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to the aged care sector.

Requirements:

Proven experience in community engagement, business development or a related field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders

Knowledge of the aged care sector and the relevant regulations and requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to analyze and interpret data, and present information in a clear and concise manner

A valid driver’s license and access to a car.
