About the role

Fixed-term, 2 years | Full-time | Melbourne CBD

Join our Education and Training team as an Administration Officer supporting the Certificate of Postgraduate Training in Clinical Psychiatry. This is a great role if you enjoy structured admin work, working with a range of stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful education programs that support better mental health outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting end to end administration of the Certificate, including applications, enrolments and progression tracking
  • Coordinating assessments such as Oral Presentations and Portfolio Reviews
  • Providing admin support for Committee meetings including agendas, minutes and follow ups
  • Acting as a key point of contact for participants, supervisors and assessors
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements
  • Assisting with Certificate awards, communications and system support

What you’ll bring

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A customer focused approach with confident communication skills
  • Experience providing administrative support, ideally in a committee or education setting
  • Ability to manage routine tasks while working within established processes
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Relevant qualification in administration, education or equivalent experience Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or valid Australian work rights
