About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office call centre role where you’ll manage general insurance claims (primarily motor), assess liability, and recover funds from at-fault parties. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiate outcomes, and help resolve disputes — all in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
• Manage a portfolio of general insurance claims to resolution (end-to-end)
• Make and receive calls to discuss claims and negotiate recoveries
• Assess liability, draft recommendations, and progress claims
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
• Support customers, including those experiencing vulnerability
What You’ll Bring
• Strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail, time management, and resilience
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume call centre setting
• Insurance or claims experience (desirable but not essential)
• Familiarity with road rules and liability (a bonus)
