Alfresco Emporium is seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to support our Finance team on a casual, part-time basis (Approximately 15 hours per week).
This role offers genuine flexibility, hands-on systems work, and the opportunity to grow your skills over time.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll support day-to-day accounts functions across our head office and retail stores. You’ll work with Xero, Cin7 and Employment Hero, assist with reconciliations and sales data reviews, support store teams, and help maintain clear processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice processing, accounts payable & receivable
- Bank, credit card and suspense account reconciliations
- Reviewing, auditing and correcting store sales data
- Supporting stores with Cin7 queries and processes
- Managing finance inboxes and head office supplies
- Reviewing and improving finance and store processes
- Maintaining store procedures manuals
About You
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and Cin7
- Working knowledge of Employment Hero (essential)
- High attention to detail with strong reconciliation skills
- Confident communicator who can support and educate store teams
- Interest in expanding into payroll training over time (advantageous)
- Previous HR exposure viewed favourably
