Aboriginal Health Practitioner – Moree
Casual | Part-time | 38 hours per fortnight (negotiable)

Are you a passionate Aboriginal Health Practitioner looking to make a difference in your community? HealthWISE is seeking a motivated individual to join our Moree team, delivering culturally safe, person-centred care to Aboriginal people.
This role supports access to health care, delivers clinical services, and promotes education to improve long-term health outcomes in the region.
About the Role:
- Deliver culturally appropriate clinical care and health promotion
- Assist clients with access to GPs, allied health, and specialist services
- Provide preventative health education and chronic disease management
- Support and advocate for clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with the broader HealthWISE team and community
About You:
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Hold a Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care
- Registered with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practice Board
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal health issues
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Willingness to travel, work flexibly and contribute to community programs
