The Gig
Front Office staff will provide an all-round memorable experience to guests in a welcoming and fun environment.
In this role you understand and exceed guest expectations – whether welcoming VIPs, giving advice on the best local activities, or helping a guest choose a music record for their room.
- Working a rotating roster of mornings, evenings & overnights, including weekends.
- Anticipating guest needs and delivering amazing service when responding to guest requests.
- Ensuring all guests are warmly welcomed during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Managing data through the booking system.
- Proactively offering assistance with luggage & transport services.
- Communicating and liaising with various staff on all levels and understanding the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
- Knowledgeable in property facilities, services, and hours of operation.
- Confidently answering emails, phone and in-person enquiries.
About You
You’re driven by a passion for creating unforgettable experiences at Ace Sydney, always going above and beyond with your positive, can-do attitude. With a knack for building strong relationships and staying organised, you’re genuinely invested in making every guest’s stay exceptional. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
