We’re seeking a data-driven and strategic Hubspot Marketing Automation & RevOps Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency. In this mid to senior-level role, you will be responsible for optimizing the agency’s revenue engine from marketing automation and sales enablement to customer success and reporting using HubSpot as your central command platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, alignment, and growth across the full customer lifecycle. This is a critical, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and process improvement. You’ll use HubSpot as your base, but AI and automation as your accelerants to scale the agency’s revenue and sales function.

As a HubSpot Marketing Automation & RevOps Specialist, you will be responsible for:

HubSpot Platform Management

  • Own the end-to-end administration of HubSpot, including CRM architecture, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Customize objects, pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences, and user permissions.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, project management, email, analytics platforms).

Revenue Operations (RevOps) Strategy

  • Identify and implement process improvements across the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to increase funnel efficiency and conversion.
  • Align GTM teams with a unified revenue strategy through lifecycle tracking, lead scoring, pipeline optimization, and forecasting.
  • Design and manage SLA frameworks, handoff processes, and operational cadences between departments.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign performance, pipeline health, client KPIs, and revenue attribution.
  • Monitor and enforce CRM data integrity, hygiene, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Deliver actionable insights from data to support strategic planning and tactical execution.

Automation & Campaign Support

  • Build and maintain marketing and sales automation workflows to support lead nurturing, re-engagement, onboarding, and upselling.
  • Support campaign execution with smart lists, lead segmentation, scoring models, and custom reporting.

AI & Automation

  • HubSpot’s AI tools (ChatSpot and predictive lead scoring)
  • Third-party automation or AI tools (Zapier)
  • Process automation beyond traditional workflows (e.g., sales activity enrichment, content triggers, AI-driven reporting)
  • Incorporate use of AI for forecasting, anomaly detection, and narrative insights.

Enablement & Support

  • Provide training, documentation, and user support for internal teams using HubSpot.
  • Serve as the point person for troubleshooting HubSpot and RevOps-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in HubSpot administration, marketing/sales operations, or revenue operations—preferably in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and workflows.
  • Proven track record in designing and optimizing RevOps systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting, dashboards, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience with or interest in AI-powered tools for marketing, sales, or operations.
  • Comfort with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g. Zapier)
  • Understanding of the full customer journey and how data flows across marketing, sales, and service.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders and train users.
  • HubSpot certifications strongly preferred (Marketing Software, Sales Software, RevOps, Reporting).
