We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across white-collar and blue-collar roles within the organisation. The Recruitment Advisor will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all business units, from advertising to onboarding.
- Coordinate blue-collar and white-collar recruitment activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify workforce needs and ensure timely hiring outcomes.
- Manage labour hire engagement and mobilisation processes.
- Oversee pre-employment compliance checks including medicals and drug & alcohol screening.
- Act as Employment Hero super user for recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment and labour hire trackers, ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to the HR Manager.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives across recruitment
About You
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in construction, civil, or manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems (Employment Hero experience highly regarded).
- Familiarity with compliance and onboarding requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration or related field (desirable).
