When a child is diagnosed with cancer, it affects the whole family. In the daunting and unpredictable experience that follows diagnosis, a child needs as much stability and support from their family as possible. Redkite is a lifeline for families, providing real emotional, financial and practical support. Because holding it together when your child’s life is in question can feel impossible.

The Role:

We are seeking a permanent, part-time (4 days) Corporate Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in maximising Redkite’s revenues through Corporates, Corporate Events and its Corporate Campaigns. You will work closely with the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, Corporate Partnerships team and Redkite Regional Councils, a group of highly connected businesspeople to assist Redkite with fundraising and networking

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maximise corporate and corporate event income and retention levels by developing and executing tactics to research, cultivate, solicit (written and verbal), acknowledge and steward a sustainable portfolio of corporate partners and corporate event donors
  • Foster positive relationships with your portfolio of key partnerships and stakeholders (internal and external) in the gift cultivation, solicitation and stewardship process of corporate partners to maximise program outcomes
  • Contribute to the preparation, maintenance and execution of the corporate partnership team’s annual operational plan and strategy development

About You:

You are an accountable, proactive and results-driven individual. You demonstrate the following skills & experience:  

  • Proven success in developing fundraising revenue strategies within the corporate partnerships area.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in relationship management role (corporates, corporate, new business or account management) with demonstrated success in tailored building multi-tiered connections.
  • Demonstrated success working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and short deadlines.
  • Strong user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an authentic warm and professional approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use databases to support day to day activities.
  • Current full driver’s license.
