Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Partner Support
- Be the main contact for partner enquiries
- Provide timely support via phone and email
- Build strong working relationships
- Follow up on outstanding actions
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions
Process & Administration
- Manage and prioritise the shared inbox
- Keep accurate records in Salesforce
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports
- Attend meetings and provide updates
- Support system enhancements and testing
- Suggest simple process improvements
- Performance Support
- Monitor partner KPIs and flag issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams
- Support consistent service delivery to partners and dealerships
