What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage a defined territory, responsible for partner retention, business growth, and market presence through:
- Building and strengthening partner relationships through regular visits and tailored support
- Driving new business via prospecting, networking, and client training
- Educating clients on the Compass value proposition to support high referral conversion
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on delivery and ensure client satisfaction
- Contributing to strategic growth initiatives and performance meetings
- Meeting (and exceeding) monthly claims targets in your territory
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus (dealerships, repairs, parts)
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to self-manage territory responsibilities and road travel
- Strategic mindset with a passion for finding and converting new opportunities
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
