Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lodge new claims via phone, email, or digital channels
- Make liability assessments and sound decisions
- Meet individual and team KPIs
- Handle customer objections and resolve escalations
- Ensure customers are supported throughout the process
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Work cross-functionally to support successful outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
- Ability to manage client issues (insurance, repair delays, policy matters, etc.)
- Confident in decision-making, problem solving, and documentation
- Experience in claims, credit hire, or insurance (preferred) What We Offer
