We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million.
The Job
Our Heavy-Duty Diesel Fitters are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy vehicles, earthmoving equipment, plant and other machinery used in civil construction. The position requires working both in the workshop and in the field across various sites. The role is based in our workshop in Cardup.
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
• Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, graders, and trucks.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Trade Qualified – Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification).
• C Class Licence
• Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s license (desirable).
• Air Conditioning Handling License (desirable).
