What You’ll Do
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our vehicles and offerings across dealerships.
- Understand customer needs, buying preferences, and assist them throughout the purchase journey.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-ups.
- Assist with vehicle valuations when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a sales environment (automotive is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach – you genuinely love to help people!
- Well-presented and professional.
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (Required!)
- Weekend availability is a MUST!
