Key Responsibilities
As an Aftermarket Consultant, you will:
- Promote and sell accessories such as window tint, leather and paint protection
- Assist with preparing vehicles for delivery, making sure extras are included
- Greeting and assisting all customers with warmth and professionalism
- Help process customer orders and learn basic product knowledge
- Support team members and managers with daily tasks and customer enquiries
- Maintaining a polished front-of-house environment, including reception, lounge, café station, and showroom areas.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in sales or a customer service role.
- A confident, professional communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer-savvy, with confidence in using electronic systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-manage.
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Great listening skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
