Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

About this role:

Based at Wormall Group’s head office in Cardup (near Byford), you’ll report directly to the Workshop Manager.

Wormall Group is currently operating on over 60 sites in the Perth region, which means a lot of equipment that requires scheduled maintenance and unplanned repairs.

You’ll be coordinating our field service maintenance team who are working on a range of light and heavy road vehicles, earthmoving heavy plant, and light plant like generators, compressors, and lighting.

What your day will look like:

• Handling incoming requests via phone and email
• Logging and actioning breakdown calls
• Efficiently scheduling team across locations to minimise fleet downtime
• Managing stakeholder expectations on service times

Skillset needed:

• Mechanical background is highly beneficial
• Experience in fleet management
• Strong time management capabilities
• Good geographical knowledge of Perth region
