Your Key Responsibilities will include:

- Managing workforce administration, including leave tracking, coordinating team meetings, and supporting the performance review process.
- Ensuring compliance by tracking worker certifications, maintaining accurate records, logging incidents, and conducting quality spot checks.
- Acting as a key contact point, providing clear and professional communication to staff, participants, and carers.
About You (Skills & Experience)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services or a related field, OR a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage NDIS participant funding, claims processes, and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience with industry software (e.g., Alaya Care) and the ability to analyse rostering data.
- A profound understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
