We are looking for an experienced ICT Systems Lead—a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills. In this role, you will drive technology excellence across the organisation, providing expert guidance, spearheading process optimisations, and leading complex system enhancements that directly contribute to operational success.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide expert technical leadership in ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system performance, security, and user support.
- Strategically analyse and optimise ICT systems, driving continuous improvement and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement for system projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, user guides, and operational workflows.
- Proactively manage capacity planning, assessing emerging technologies and implementing scalable solutions to future-proof operations.
- Oversee and enhance security frameworks, including group policies and encryption, to safeguard critical business applications.
- Deploy and maintain workstations, servers, network hardware, firewalls, and host security systems while optimising infrastructure efficiency.
- Direct disaster recovery planning, ensuring robust strategies for business continuity and resilience.
- Leverage AI & Data insights to optimise operational efficiencies, inform strategic decision-making, and enhance predictive analytics within ICT systems.
- Develop and manage Power BI reporting frameworks, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

- Proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects, balancing priorities, and optimising resources.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, AI & Data analytics, and other business intelligence tools.
- High-level stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and alignment across departments.
