What You’ll Be Doing:
As a valued part of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inspiring, and engaging environment for children. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement play-based programs that foster exploration and learning
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture
- Share your strengths, ideas, and creativity in a workplace where your voice matters
- Benefit from a workplace structure that includes an Educational Leader and on-site cleaner three days a week
- Engage in reflective practice and professional development to support best outcomes for children
- Whether you are fully qualified or currently studying towards your Diploma, we will provide the support and guidance needed for you to succeed in this role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or Working towards a Diploma qualification with a commitment to ongoing learning
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
