Role Type: Full-time or part-time with flexible shifts between 6.30am – 6.00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a valued part of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, inspiring, and engaging environment for children. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement play-based programs that foster exploration and learning
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture
  • Share your strengths, ideas, and creativity in a workplace where your voice matters
  • Benefit from a workplace structure that includes an Educational Leader and on-site cleaner three days a week
  • Engage in reflective practice and professional development to support best outcomes for children
  • Whether you are fully qualified or currently studying towards your Diploma, we will provide the support and guidance needed for you to succeed in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma Qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), or Working towards a Diploma qualification with a commitment to ongoing learning
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
