Wormall Civil has been in operation for 40 years and has built a reputation becoming a leading Western Australian Civil Construction company that strives to provide excellence in engineering, construction, and project management services.
We are currently working on multiple projects across the metropolitan area from Two Rocks to Mandurah and from Australind to Margaret River in the southwest region. Our projects have multiple active stages with project values ranging from $500K to $10million.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preventive maintenance by planning and opening work orders, coordinating services, and arranging required parts.
- Raise requisitions and purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and receipt invoices in MEX/SAGE.
- Maintain accurate records by scanning, uploading, and entering data into MEX.
- Support work order processing, update asset information, and assist with basic MEX troubleshooting.
- Update plant/equipment hours, monitor prestarts for faults, and keep the workshop office organised.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- You are organised, proactive, and willing to learn workshop and fleet administration tasks.
- You have strong attention to detail and take pride in accurate data entry and documentation.
- You communicate effectively with supervisors, suppliers, and team members.
- You are confident using computers and open to learning new systems (MEX experience desirable).
- You work well independently and as part of a team.
- You have a positive attitude and can adapt in a busy workshop environment.
- Familiarity with workshop or asset management practices is an advantage but not essential.
- Have a current and valid WA Driver’s Licence – C Class.
