We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Corporate Relationship Manager to take ownership of key national accounts. If you thrive on building meaningful client partnerships and being part of a results-driven team — this is the role for you.
About Compass
Since 2001, Compass has been the market leader in accident replacement vehicles. Our mission is simple: Reduce the Inconvenience for customers, clients, and each other. We achieve this through genuine care, teamwork, and a commitment to doing things better.
We live our values every day:
- Care & Passion – to deliver outstanding service the way we’d want to be treated
- Courage – to be empowered and make informed decisions
- Can Do – a proactive mindset focused on solving problems and improving
- Trust – to be counted on to do the right thing in all relationships
What You’ll Be Doing
A Corporate Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Key duties include managing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to support client goals. You will act as a brand ambassador for Compass — retaining and expanding business with existing corporate partners.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll have at least three years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar strategic client-facing position. You’ll be a confident communicator and problem solver, with a professional and proactive approach to building relationships and managing multiple priorities. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is essential, and the ability to interpret performance data is important — familiarity with Power BI is a bonus. Experience in the car hire or mobility solutions industry, or exposure to project management and corporate onboarding, will be highly regarded.
