Key Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced adviser to provide client services on mortgages and products tailored to our client needs. You'd be managing company-generated leads and your own growing client bank.

We'd expect our adviser to conduct thorough fact-finds and deliver compliant, customer-centric recommendations. We're looking for someone able to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey, and to collaborate with internal teams, contributing to the company’s ambitious growth strategy.

Required

Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser
CeMAP or equivalent qualification
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Highly motivated, with a track record of self-generated business
Willingness to be office-based 3–4 days per week in Worthing

Desirable

Pre-existing client bank
Qualified in Equity Release
