Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bar & Cashier Attendant to join our team. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers, taking orders and serving beverages promptly and accurately.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and ensuring quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Stay updated on current beverage trends and menu offerings to provide an enhanced experience for customers.
Opening and closing club responsibilities
Processing gaming payouts and resolving issues with gaming machines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be of legal drinking age and possess a RSA and RCG Certificate.
