Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Approach, qualify, and onboard Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HORECA) players and OEM clients.
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive sales for Tumise's sambal nasi lemak, RTE, RTCand RTD products in assigned zones of Klang Valley.

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through market research.
Collaborate with the marketing team to process leads from online campaigns and convert them into sales.

Offline Sales Execution:

Execute offline sales strategies by managing face-to-face client meetings.
Develop and follow up on customer pipelines in assigned zones.

Reporting & Analysis:

Provide daily and weekly sales updates.
Monitor sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, both online and offline.
Personality: Highly motivated, results-driven, and confident in closing deals.
Knowledge: Familiarity with HORECA market dynamics and customer needs
