We are seeking to fill the role of Project Officer

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

This role leads the sharing of resources and information with individuals, families, and communities to support informed decision-making, and drives the development and delivery of content across various platforms. It may also include line management responsibilities.

Lead peer group development in line with strategic and grant goals.

Train and mentor facilitators to strengthen peer group impact.

Support disability peer groups with guidance and best practice within a networked model.

Promote Family Leadership through education, connection, resources, and mentoring.

Design and deliver peer-led workshops and events tailored to diverse needs.

Develop evidence-based resources informed by research and NDIS insights.

Gather and share peer stories to raise awareness and inspire change.

Contribute to strategic work plans aligned with organisational goals.

Build stakeholder relationships to support collaboration and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records and submit regular progress reports.

Support continuous improvement through input into policies and procedures.

Ensure WHS compliance and contribute to a safe, positive work environment.
