We are looking for an experienced and efficient Production and Assembly worker to join our team in Campbellfield as we continue to grow.

This role is a Permanent Casual Position.

Responsibilities:

- Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly

- Perform cutting, drilling and general assembly tasks on standard and bespoke products

- Conduct quality assurance checks on finished products

- Pack goods for sales dispatch or external courier/freight services

- Assist in managing stock levels and organizing warehouse space

- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse area

Skills:

- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings accurately is essential

- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment

- Proficiency in operating hand tools and basic machinery

- Previous assembly experience preferred

- Forklift license preferable but not necessary

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Reliable with a strong work ethic

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- High attention to detail

Previous experience working in manufacturing or production roles is highly desirable.
