Job Title: Barista

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages. Responsibilities:

- Operate coffee machines and other equipment efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards

- Ensure adequate stock levels of supplies (e.g., milk, cups) are maintained at all times

- Handle cash transactions using the POS system; process payments accurately

- Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift

- Assist in cleaning duties such as sweeping/mopping floors or wiping down surfaces

- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an asset but not required (entry-level position)

- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Strong problem-solving abilities when dealing with customer complaints or requests
