About Us

As HR professionals, you put your people first, not your tech.

ReThink HR was founded in 2017 with the belief that the right infrastructure can significantly impact a company’s success, engagement and wellbeing.

We are a small, but perfectly formed team of HR professionals with a passion for people and a love of technology.

We have all spent significant time in the field and understand the highs and lows of running an HR department. We work collaboratively with all of our clients and consider ourselves one of the team.

Technology is our superpower and where we can bring real value and positive change.

We are building a team of professionals who love systems, data, digital transformation and generally making our clients’ lives easier!

If you have experience in implementation of Tier 2 HR systems (think Ciphr, Dayforce, PeopleXD, SagePeople, HiBob, etc) and are looking for a role where you can use and develop your systems and project skills then we would love to hear from you.

We are self-confessed HR geeks with extremely high standards, so we do expect all those who work with us to strive to excellence in the service they provide at all times.

30 days holiday, plus bank holidays and an additional day off on your birthday each year
