What You’ll Do:

This role is more than administration. It is the heartbeat of our daily operations.

As our Office Administrator, you will:

✅ Take full ownership of roster creation and management, ensuring timely and smooth team coverage

✅ Coordinate daily and weekly programs with creativity, organisation and participant goals in mind

✅ Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, supporting families and stakeholders with warmth and professionalism

✅ Maintain NDIS client documentation, including service agreements and behaviour support plans

✅ Provide front-of-house support, greeting visitors and fostering a welcoming environment

✅ Ensure accurate data entry and records management, while supporting compliance requirements

✅ Collaborate with leadership and support teams to improve operations and outcomes

Who You Are:

⭐ Highly organised and confident managing competing priorities

⭐ Calm under pressure and able to multitask while keeping things running smoothly

⭐ A clear and friendly communicator, especially when resolving issues or liaising with families

⭐ Familiar with or willing to learn NDIS compliance and admin processes

⭐ A team player who is ready to be part of a dynamic and mission-focused organisation

What You’ll Need:

Prior experience in rostering, scheduling or program coordination (NDIS or healthcare preferred)
Office admin background with strong systems knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, confident phone and front-desk manner
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check
A current Australian Driver’s Licence
