The Role:

• Responsible for managing your own varied portfolio of residential properties

• Liaise with tenants and owners to ensure positive results

• Organising property maintenance

• Conduct periodic, entry and exit inspections

The Candidate:

• A hard-working individual, excellent communicator and negotiator

• Good listener

• Someone confident in their time management skills

• Outstanding presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service and organisational skills

• Ability to focus with a high level of attention to detail

• Industry experience and a current Drivers Licence

• You must have a Tasmanian Property Representative Licence prior to starting

Working alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager, Letting Consultant and Support team, at Peter Lees you’ll have more time to focus on nurturing relationships with our Landlords, Tenants & Contractors.
