Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive investigations into allegations of misconduct and non-compliance within public sector entities.
Gather and analyze evidence, including interviews, documents, and field observations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as necessary to support investigations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all investigative activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Provide training and guidance to junior investigators and staff on investigative procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in investigations, preferably within the public sector.
Strong understanding of investigative techniques and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must possess a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a current driver's license.
