Job Title: Process Operator

About the role:

This role will report into the Senior Operations Engineer.
We are seeking a Process Operator to join the Operations Team to run our Demonstration Plant based on Belfast Harbour Estate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at a recently built, first of its kind plant designed to recycle magnets for the production of Rare Earth Oxides.

Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and record process results.
Logging and recording plant variables.
Prepare plant and equipment for maintenance.
Perform routine calibration of plant instruments / equipment.
Carry out fault diagnosis on Demonstration plant process.
Carry out sampling on process, as required.
Support plant and equipment optimisation exercises.
Understand and follow Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to undertaking work.
Working on the day-to-day operation of the Demonstration Plant during periods of both office hours and shift working, as production dictates.
Ensure work carried out in accordance with company and regulatory Health and Safety requirements.
